I’m Fer Patel, an AI operator and coach. Three things I know from the inside. AI, where I ship products like Callibre and Super Ledger AI and lead AI strategy for a SaaS company. HighLevel, where I founded and sold GHL Experts and then worked inside the platform as a director. And Votel, where I run All Things Votel, the independent guide for agencies weighing the move, and built MoveOver to carry HighLevel assets across.

Two of those AI deployments are live right now: an enterprise platform running across franchise locations nationwide for national automotive-service and fitness brands, and the AI transformation of a US-owned contact-center operation that serves Fortune 500 brands, moving it from a legacy, people-heavy model to AI-assisted agents, automated quality assurance and a lower cost to serve.

My background spans SaaS and FinTech, including co-founding PaymentRails, now Trolley. Building financial infrastructure shaped how I approach reliability, architecture, and the realities of running software in a business.

I founded GHL Experts, grew it to serve more than 4,000 agencies, and led it through an acquisition. My work as Director of Special Projects & AI at HighLevel gave me a firsthand view of what it takes to build and run platforms at scale.

Today, I bring that experience to the products I build and the people I teach through AI Unleashed, AIU Academy, the AI Unleashed Intensive, and the AI skills on ferpatel.ai.
